Sir, respond to 4600 Elkhorn Ave. The engineering computational science building for an accident, hit-and-run just occurred. Caller advised a black Jeep just hit a tan BMW. Heading, last seen heading southbound on Elkhorn. And, we got a similar vehicle on cams. Looks like they turned west onto 43rd. So, eastbound on 43rd.
