1614's coming over there, 10-4. Units in 17, got a call of a DUI driver, intoxicated male, white Toyota RAV-4, keeps running the barricades at Waveland and Bernard. They're fixing the water main over there, and he keeps running into and then backing out of the water-filled barricades at Waveland and Bernard.
