My neighbor has a picture of a black cat that is missing on their window. Dickens & Lavergne
hope someone who will actually keep that cat safe and inside and get them to a vet to be spayed finds that cat and takes her in. smh to people who own outdoor cats, you want a pet w/o the responsibility and thats why they end up not reaching their life expectancy
