Engine 2 is on scene. We're staged at the hydrant to the east, just behind Engine 10. Copy. Fire alarm to Engine 10. We can handle this. We can just keep Rescue 10, Engine 10, and Ladder 10 on scene. Fire's going to be in touch with the water heater, no extension interior. We just need to secure the gas line through this apartment building. Fire alarm copies. Engine 10, Ladder 10, Rescue 10, can handle. Just need to shut the utilities off.

All units responding, 309 West 44th Street. We have a single caller. As the resident said, the exterior boiler caught on fire. Structure has been evacuated.
