Alright, 10-4. 4545 Marble Hall Road. 99 spoke with Mr. Chaz. He does not have a report, but he'd like a lobbying check on an animal that's being abused at the location. It's going to be a cane corso. Says it's not being fed. It's locked in a cage that's full of feces, and the dogs' ribs are sticking out.
