Victim is currently lying on the ground. Group of people are now surrounding the victim. FD will stage, still code 3, incident 408. 77th units, your main woman is here at 5317 and a half South Normandie. Is now a possible battery, domestic violence. Better location is 1445 West 54th Street. Suspect is a male, Black, 37 years, tan, four-block of shirt, gray pants. Monitor comments for additional, correction.
