South Alaska Street, 38 Avenue South, right near Clayfield. For a male punching the fence, kicking the air, and screaming, was seen punching a wall very hard, possibly injuring himself. No injuries specifically seen. Will be an unknown race male, 30s to 40s, medium-build, shirtless, dark jeans. We had several callers about this beginning a little over an hour ago. South Alaska Street, 38 Avenue South.
