3736 Rainier Avenue South, west coast, self-storage, for a male suspect that was loitering in the gated area, then began yelling at the caller and provoked, possibly mental health crisis. Black male, 50s to 60s, wearing a black beanie, black hoodie, black pants, gray and black shoes with a black sole, white stripe on the bottom, carrying two black bags, last seen. Suspect is waiting outside of the gated area on the street. My caller is requesting contact via phone call. 3736 Rainier Avenue South, west coast, self-storage.
