1 Charles 35, 1 Charles 33 to start for a 981, race in priority. Sam 3 to copy. At 19th and S Sam Street in 3B Boy, it's 10 to 12 males riding bicycles into the roadway, doing wheelies and riding in front of moving vehicles. Currently traveling westbound on S Sam Street. No weapons seen, no injuries or medical aid are needed at this time. It's most likely going to be related to our all units earlier. It's a nice in priority, 19th and S Sam Street.
