0605 Hillgrove, 20605 Hillgrove. It started as a 911 hangup. Female called back saying that her child's father, Andre Mitchell, came over about two hours ago and broke the handle off her friend's car door and took some items out of it. She just got back home. She said she thought she had a restraining order, but I'm not seeing when it leads, and the male is going to be driving a black Kia that does not belong.
