An open 911 at Little Caesars, 21650 Libby. On callback, the male stated that his wife was at the Little Caesars and someone was harassing her about having hail damage on her car. I guess her car is new. They're back home on Mountville. They didn't really need anything else. They just wanted patrol in the area. Is this call good to close out?
