Suspect is going to be the passenger of the Hyundai. It's going to be a male, black, skin, wearing a dark hoodie, blue jeans. KMA. KMA21, roger. West side, clear. All units, a 211 shooting occurred approximately 15 minutes ago from Reseda and Irwin. Suspect was last seen westbound on Irwin. Suspect's vehicle is a white Hyundai four-door, four-door license, 8 Frank Zebra Henry 322. 8 Frank Zebra Henry 322. Victim vehicle is a blue Dodge Charger 4.
