It's going to be a black male in his 40s, last seen wearing a gray shirt, black yoga pants with shorts over it, and tan slip-on shoes. He's yelling at people and cursing them out. He was asked to leave, but he's refusing. No weapons. He's sitting on a bench near inside the grounds, speaking on his cell phone. He's been there for about 10 minutes now. 1546.
