517 and 524, dispatch for a suspicious person to 675 Old Hunt Way. RP's advising that there is a white male, mid-20s, blonde hair, approximately 6 feet tall, that's been looking into people's windows, banging on their doors. Last seen wearing a mauve or purple-colored golf shorts, correction, shirt with white sneakers. No socks. RP does have a photo. 1918.
