7. 733 Ocean for the fight. 733 Ocean, I copy. It's going to be a fight, Catalina Drive and 1st Avenue at the Southwest Corner Parking Garage. Complainant is in a verbal with an employee over his car getting a boot on it. Got the boot on the car for parking in a reserved space and he didn't have the authorization. Complainant wants PD out to solve the issue, 1711.
