I saw it all start at Target. Two police chased the suspect out of the store. The guy hit the doors so hard and broke them. Then a police car with lights/sirens went by. Within 2-3 minutes, the helicopter was in the air searching. Big response if it was just a thief from Target so guessing it’s more. I got out of the store quickly after

I thought the helicopter described a red tank top and black pants. Flying over the apartments behind the Blarney Stone
