Firefighters Battling Small Fire on Exterior of Three-Story Building

The arsonist who is responsible is the same guy who sets fires across the street, he lights weekly fires behind the dumpster of 735 Piedmont, and along 4th Street - along the backyard fence of 728 Myrtle st, and in the alley behind 765 Myrtle st.....the very 1st time I experienced his fires was when he started a fire in the front yard of my neighbor's house at 719 Myrtle st. I've reported him about a dozen times - I'm taking pictures of him I've I've done all I can do to say hey the sky is going to cause damage someday and sure enough he's done it I think all the time that someone's house is going to catch on fire you know but I've done my job I keep on keep on they're not interested in catching him though because I tell him to not to turn on the sirens because when the sirens come immediately when he hears the sirens he runs but yeah they're not interested in catching the sky and he'll keep on doing it hopefully no one will get hurt or die but it's the same guy he sleeps in the doorway of that building -
