All of my units in 14, I got a well-being check at the time. 2400 Northwestern, 2400 Northwestern, in the middle of the street. It's a concerned citizen that's no longer on scene. Said there's a male soliciting in the middle of the road with a walker. Caller's concerned for the person's safety. 2400 on Western and 14's on 3.
