713 Zebra, 10-12. And 713 Edward, it's a 637 back to the 210 East Indian School Road at the 7-11. There's a gray in 30s. Steadfastly complainant almost hitting them, trying to do a burnout. Did not hit anyone, hit the curb, and has a tire all bent. The male is in the parking lot across the street. Wants PD to check it out. 17-16.
