Newland 24, I'm getting a CSA just occurred. Devon and Sheridan at Target. Caller says she was sexually harassed by a male, Hispanic, long hair, wearing a white shirt and blue shorts. I guess caller threw her coffee on him to get him away. He fled westbound on Devon on a bike. She refused EMS.
