Suspect is a transient female, Black, in her 60s, wearing a gray sweater and gray skirt, attempting to jump in front of passing vehicles on a bus. Code 3, incident 3709, RD 111. Units to identify. Code 3, call. 3, I'm going to be overhead, Cesar Chavez and Newhite. I'm going to have the subject in the middle of the intersection. She's going to be in eastbound Lane in the middle of the intersection. We'll keep eyes. 3 has ops on the subject in the middle of the intersection in the eastbound Lane. Is there a response?
