Fulton units broadcasting, a reckless driver in the area of Folsom-Auburn and Greenback. It's a maroon Ferrari with no plates and blacked-out windows that was making illegal passes on the side of the road in Old Town. The Ferrari set up to go northbound on Folsom-Auburn from the Greenback intersection. Again, it's a maroon Ferrari, no plates, tinted windows, driving recklessly. We'll make clear.
