Fulsome units broadcasting a reckless truck in the area of Folsom-Auburn and Oak Avenue Parkway, seen about two ago. It was a white Chevy pickup towing a black dump trailer, 00977 Charles 2. Vehicle was weaving into oncoming traffic, and driver didn't seem to have control of the trailer. And that white Chevy pickup was seen heading inbound into Folsom, again from Folsom-Auburn and Oak Avenue Parkway. Correction, Oak Avenue Parkway, about two ago.
