Base to the 30, 251. 251. You start towards the 7th Street Bridge on the downtown side. Caller's reporting that they saw a male and female that were fighting near the 7th Street Bridge. Going to be a black female in a teal head wrap with black pants and a black male wearing a white shirt and black jeans. Last seen walking towards the convention center. No weapons seen, but it sounded like the male was threatening the female. 10-4.
