Base to 3210. 3210. Check the area of 525 Lee and Penn Place off of 5th and Oliver. Looks like maybe some fire got the call as well. There's reports of a male in his 50s who was laying on the building, on the sidewalk on the 5th Avenue side of the building. Male may be up and walking down 5th. No clothing description.
