I am here, and I seen the incident and instantly pulled over to help because the motorcyclist was under the bike. It wasn’t until later and talking to other officers, and the people, and the accent as well to find out that he was running from a previous accident after hearing someone in IKEA and I hit the Gas flying through the light. The woman tried to swerve, and it caused an entire accident. We came to save the person under the bike, and he was extremely hurt and had no helmet on. Unfortunately, in the situation he was at fault.
