Weston 8, PD. RTC. Crime center, go ahead. Only thing I'm seeing is a male in a red shirt, short hair, glasses, black shorts. He's driving a black SUV. He comes onto the lot two separate times and talks to people on the lot. Don't really see anything involving an altercation. Is that our victim? 183, can you advise? I don't believe so. Our victim was in long pants and shoes and a red shirt and a t-shirt. Here.
