31. A criminal trespass in progress, 9240 South Stony at the commercial building. The property manager is calling. He said that a tenant who's been evicted was supposed to be there to get the rest of their belongings, and now he's just refusing to leave. The caller is not on scene, but a maintenance worker is there. They would just like him removed, please.
