434, assistance on 31's beat for this deceptive progress, deceptive practice in progress, 95th and Stony at the Shell gas station. Caller states the gas attendant, female, Black, wearing a brown wig, refusing to refund her money. She states that she pumped $75,000 into her tank. Caller was charged for $135. And the caller states that another car pulled up and the caller is concerned, didn't know if the gas station attendant called somebody else.
