Per Adam 15 Adam, suspect possibly a White male or Hispanic, 5'6", thin-build, with a dark-colored beard, red hat or red beanie, with a brown coat, with a black hood underneath, black pants, with white and black shoes, with a large shopping cart. Last seen going southbound Ecker Street from Stevenson, heading towards Mission. Mission.
