In regards to a topside 30 at 139th Street and Brook Avenue in the Bronx, it's saying that they're looking for a male, Hispanic, slim-built, wearing unknown clothing description and another male, Hispanic, wearing unknown clothing description. Both perks are possibly middle-aged, fled on foot to parts unknown. No further information. Once again, this is for a topside 30 in the confines of the 40 precinct.
