Suspect number one, male, White, approximately late 20s, blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing hat and light clothing. Suspect number two, male, Hispanic, approximately 30 years, mustache and beard with brown eyes, wearing dark clothing. Code 3, incident 3839, RDA 83.
