I have a timed out code 2 PCX at 13902 Durkee, 13902 Durkee. I received two calls. One is from a female saying a known male put peanut butter on her vehicle. Caller is inside her vehicle. Call taker said it was poor reception and her phone kept dropping. Then we got a call from the male himself saying that he did put peanut butter on her car but gave her money to wash it. He has it all on recording. States that she drove off to 140 to Glendale, then she came back. Says she's in a
