That’s what I thought too. My view is just blocked so I can just see the blue lights there when it happened makes me think there was a pit move or something. Wondering if the black car t boned the white one before cops could do anything. Saw white car guy get taken away in stretcher. Black car guy taken in cuffs
The cops were already here immediately after the crash, which makes me wonder if they were already chasing them?
