91. This building looks like it was having some work done on the domestic or the cement work on the side of the building. They had the sidewalk sectioned off with a fence. The high wind had blown the fence over. We did not have a coping problem other than the work that was being done. Can you please request a non-emergency response from the Department of Building to verify that this is good? We replaced the fence, blocked the sidewalk. We're going to be in service returning.I don't even know, Chris.
