Mid-zone 93, mid-zone 91 for a noise disturbance. 93. 91. 8641 South, 290 West. Complainant advised an individual's been riding a dirt bike around and revving it loudly. Break. Complainant also believes that the individual on the dirt bike is possibly on drugs. Believes that the dirt bike is possibly stolen. And states it was last seen going northbound on Harrison.
