20-13. 13. Unit disturbance, 5917 North Broadway at the Armory. The park attendant is calling. She thinks there's two people on the roof. She can hear voices on the roof through the elevator shaft and smell smoke. The door to the roof is locked. She's unsure of how they gained access. Thank you, 10-4.
