Tenants need to learn that brown extension cords are not meant for air conditioners, wires never belong under rugs, never leave the stove on while stepping out and don’t smoke in bed.
The last time there was fire there a couple years ago, folks were displaced for several months. It was forever to to fix the damage. Same with the deli across the street and the other businesses.
