16. This is a report run at 153 and Harvard. Caller was a passerby. They say they seen someone break into a black Volkswagen. Suspect got into a maroon Kia. No information on that Kia. Suspect was tall, black, hoodies, face mask, black pants. Said he broke into the driver window or the back driver window. CAD is 3210.
