Control, Battalion 80. Battalion 80. On the scene, 465 southbound is probably the best access. It's right before Sam Jones. We've got two people out of the vehicle. We'll advise on entrapment. Battalion 80, we'll assume 465 command. Battalion 80 is on scene just before Sam Jones. 465 southbound. Vehicle 2, occupants are out. By the authority of Battalion 80, establish 465 command.
