He should have never been allowed out without an aide. I work at a high-school and our special need students are handed off from one person to another when exiting or boarding the bus. We have a whole system set up to make sure nothing like this happens. I hope he's not scared and that he's found safe.

We have a whole system set up to make sure nothing like this happens. I hope he's not scared and that he's found safe.
