421. 01. Alright, we just talked to a complainant. Didn't see a firearm, just starting to freeze. It's going to be a Black male wearing a tan car jacket on an electric scooter. He left a black, a little disturbing. Receiving, respond, call me on Lena. Just use caution, the firearm was possibly implied.
