Engine 1 en route to a water condition, 240 Park Avenue. It's inside of the street level of the parking garage. Water is pouring out of the fire pump room and lots of standing water. They said the parking garage is open and you have to enter off Park Avenue, but there's also a car accident in front of the parking garage, so it might be hard to maneuver around. At 819.
