Information East, 459 just occurred, 8920 Frederick. Unknown White male, brown hair, was standing at the RP's back door, trying to jiggle the handle and enter the residence. Looked under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Unknown if the male is still on scene. The RP can no longer see him at the back door. 10-4.
