Aside 245 per Arctic. They were unable to locate a subject matching on DOT Jackson and Watt. They also didn't see the area where the incident occurred. The incident occurred in front of the apartment complex on South Watt, and if they went northbound, they would have gone towards, I think that's Canterbury. 712, MQ97.
