Alpha 17 and Alpha 18 on a 952, Orchard Lane and Swallow's Nest Drive in 1B. Subject arrived in a champagne-colored Toyota Prius. It's now parked on Swallow's Nest. A male and a female got into a 415. Then the female started running around and screaming in Spanish. Sounds to be in distress. Both moved to the middle of the street. Are still yelling at each other. Male, white t-shirt, no description of the female. Orchard Lane and Swallow's Nest Drive.
