2023. Unit assault just occurred. Berwyn and Winthrop, Louis is calling. He states a white male, about 5'10", wearing a black shirt with a big dog. A German Shepherd or a Husky tried to get his dog to attack the caller. He has a concealed carry weapon card that expired, but do have an active void. He has a bike with him.
