2011. 2011, and anybody else who's invited to the damage to property in progress over at the Oma Hotel, 5611 North Lincoln. Raji, the manager says a male black bald with a blue t-shirt is angry and aggressive, and he's punching the windows because he can't get a room because his card was declined.
