A Thursday after Memorial Day when school is closed on Friday, why is anyone surprised?
Backed up all the way in Brooklyn too. Fort Hamilton parkway and on the bqe and parallel roads.
Traffic is heavy from 86th St/4th ave on the R line to 86/73rd street , the Belt Pkwy from kp mall, to the bridge and BQE Xpressway is fully backup from battery tunnel to Staten island on the verrazano bridge all lanes upper and lower levels heading to Staten Island
