Patricia called it in, reference to a number one male, 35, short in height, tattoos on his face. Shoplifter got a gift bag in the store, filled it up, and he left. 10-4, this happened like three, four minutes ago. He's wearing a white t-shirt, maroon cap, blue jean shorts.
